KJI3D Price Match Policy
At KJI3D, we aim to offer competitive pricing on 3D printing filaments and products. If you find the same item at a lower price from a qualifying Canadian retailer, we will do our best to match it.
Price Match Requirements
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical (same brand, type, size, and model).
- The item must be new and in stock at the competitor’s store.
- The price must be publicly advertised on a Canadian retailer’s website or flyer.
- The competitor must be a legitimate Canadian retailer selling in Canadian dollars.
These requirements are commonly used in Canadian retail price-match policies to ensure fair comparisons between identical products and verified advertised prices.
Exclusions
Price matching does not apply to:
- Marketplace or third-party sellers (e.g., eBay, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace)
- Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, or open-box items
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Membership-only or bulk/wholesale pricing
- Limited-time or quantity-restricted promotions

KJI3D reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and limit quantities on price-matched items.
