Printing Tips for Sunlu Wood Filament:
- Print at temperatures between 190°C and 220°C. Adjust within this range to find the optimal temperature for your printer and specific filament batch.
- A heated bed is optional but can improve adhesion. Set the bed temperature between 50°C and 60°C if used.
- A moderate print speed of 30-60 mm/s is recommended to balance print quality and reduce the risk of clogging.
- A nozzle size of at least 0.4mm is recommended to avoid clogs from the wood fibers. A larger nozzle size, like 0.5mm or 0.6mm, can further reduce the risk of clogs.
- Reduce retraction distance and speed to prevent clogging and jamming caused by wood fibers.
- Enable part cooling fans to improve surface finish and detail quality.

Post-Processing:
- Printed parts can be sanded to achieve a smoother finish and remove layer lines.
